Finding you, wherever your project may be, and helping you cross the finish line.

Our process

1

What are you looking for, and where are you at?

You’ll be asked a few questions to help us build requirements.

2

Build requirements.

We’ll build requirements for your project and allow multiple revisions of them until they are what you need.

3

Build and integrate.

We will build and integrate the project as you need it.

4

Possible maintenance.

Maintenance plans are available for projects that require an ongoing lifecycle.

FAQs

  • A: This depends on the ask. Machine Learning projects can take up to a few weeks depending on the requirements while Software projects may take months. We will ask you for all the required details and lay out a comprehensive timeline after a consultation.

  • A: Of course! Software Engineering is always an evolving field. There may be something new you would like us to build or something we may not be familiar with. That is perfectly OK. We are more than willing to learn whatever skill, whether that is a language, framework, or algorithm, you require to do your project. This would not be charged to you and would not be included in the timeline as we would learn whatever is required before starting.

  • A: That is no problem! As we have said, we are happy to meet you and your project whatever stage it may be in. Part of what will happen will be us scheduling time to learn the project, add comments where needed, and fix any errors we find. This will be included in the timeline that we provide.

  • A: We are a completely remote company. When you book a consultation, we will set up a video call at your selected time to meet. From there, we will work with you remotely to help your project with whatever you need. We can set up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or any scheduled meetings with you to make sure you are kept up-to-date with where we are in the process, and you are free to ask questions throughout.

  • A: Great question! For projects that encompass multiple areas, the area with the highest cost will be the one chosen for pricing. For example, if you require a database designed to accompany a new Machine Learning algorithm, then the cost will be solely the cost of building the Machine Learning algorithm. So, if the time to build the database is 25 hours and the time to build, and train, the Machine Learning model is 30 hours, then the total of 55 hours will be billed at the Machine Learning rate. This is due to the complexity of the project as a whole. In this example, as we are building the database, we must be thinking about how to set it up for the Machine Learning algorithm to succeed.

  • A: Yes! When a contract is established, we can work with you to allot some number of hours each month for maintenance and questions into the contract. We can work together to set up how many hours a month you think the project will need in maintenance after completion, and how long you would like to keep us on.
